She is elderly and is not able to totally finish and enjoy it. Needless to say I'm no authority on this, but will pass along what I know based on paper work we have. The dimensions are 40Wx23Dx32H. There are 8 rooms, but more can be added with the dividers and other accessories which include wallpaper, shingles, flooring, trim, and furniture. Almost all the furniture was purchased at a miniture specialty store on the East coast. Everything is in excellent condition. This dollhouse has also been wired for electricity, should you choose to add lights. This house is more for the advanced assembler and collector, and isn't really a childs toy. My mother in law has spent several hundred manhours working on this, and has invested more than a thousand dollars, but is willing to let someone purchase this for much less who can spend the time to complete it and enjoy it. We will not ship this, as trying to pack and keep everything safe not to mention the cost would be too much. We would prefer someone to come and pick it up, but if you are willing to pay my mileage, I would be willing to meet you within a hundred miles.
