So please join us in using OARB to search for all artist reborns.    CHERISH Reborn Date AUG 13, 2008 Weight: 5 Lbs  1 ozs  Length 2O inches              Charish started out as the newly released Newborn Cherish sculpted by the well know Artist Tina Kewy she is a Limited edition #054 of 500. I am so happy to bring this little one to life I love this little one, Charish has soft vinyl 3/4 arms and legs,  Thank You Tina for this beautiful Little sculpt, she has captured all the detail of a baby,  I enjoyed every minute it took to reborn her. Each baby reborn at Dar's Darlin’s is made with the finest materials on the market and it shows, each baby is given lots of love and many long hours of labor,  When she first came to the nursery she was given her first bubble bath and thoroughly dried, then she was carefully painted using layer after layer of Genesis heat set paints, then put in a warm crib to dry to achieve the beautiful newborn skin tones you now see,  She has a new born light mottling complexion made with genesis heat set paints with smooth painted texture to her skin in various shades to her body and face, If you look close you can see light veining to the areas where real babies veins might be visible on her head, temples, feet and hands for the most real looking baby ever,  she was blushed in all the right baby places no crease or fold has been overlooked. Her eyebrows are painted one stroke at a time and are very light as she is a newborn. Her lips were painted in a color to match her baby like complexion, and then sealed with a semi gloss sealant.                            I feel the hair is one of the most important part of the reborning process I have Taken a lot of pictures for you to see her beautiful hair.  I have painstakingly ultra Micro Rooted premium dark brown slightly wavy mohair  just look at this hair it is beautiful, I micro root with the 43G German needle it has no barbs and just picks up 1 or 2 hairs at a time, I Micro root in the angle that a babies hair grows, this takes days to achieve but the results are well worth it, then I sealed it inside with waterproof glue, it can be wet and styled now. her hair can be scrunched up into little curls or combed straight.    Each tiny nail bed was gently tinted and lightly tipped with cream colored paint then triple sealed with a matt sealant for protection, and to give her that first clipped baby look Her nose has been opened and backed with dark felt.  She has a new doe swede cloth body that was made just for her, I have filled with tiny glass pellets and soft fiberfill, look at how cuddly it is, she just melts in your arms, you will not want to put her down this baby is so soft and cuddly  Please note that she is no longer intended as a child's toy but as a collectible for mature mommies and daddies who will handle her gently.                       Take home this one of a kind Darlin     She will arrive home with a birth Certificate.,  A little pink 3 piece footie outfit, A pink gown and short sleeve white side snap under shirt & diaper with pink diaper pins. She has a little stuffed toy and a bottle. She has a *modified pacifier. She has a blanket to keep her warm on the way home Not pictured. I will also send her first baby picture.
