PENDING TINY TEARS W/RED MOLDED HAIR BY AMERICAN CHARACTER This is a MINTY and HARD TO FIND mid-sized 16" PRE-PATENT TINY TEARS DOLL  made from 1951/1952.  She has gorgeous RARE BLUE sleep eyes and wonderful red molded hair.  Her head is marked at the back with PAT. PEND. A fabulous find of an early pink dimity and dotted swiss party dress with lace trim and a VERY RARE bonnet that came with the early babies ~ and I might note very RARE to find in this condition.  This dress and bonnet have never been washed and still are clean and crisp!  She also comes with her slip trimmed in lace and her original little white undershirt and panties.  She also will have her original Tiny Tears pink and white booties on but not shown in these pictures!   Tiny Tears has her original rubber in excellent condition with no crazing and all limbs pose nicely with tight joints; body is soft and supple.   Her face is bright and ever so sweet and beautiful with high color cheeks and beautiful over all coloring.  Note that she has the earlier extra large round Tiny Tears eyes with the brighter whites ~ my favorite!  All her lashes are black and even; her underlashes are still clearly defined; her lip paint is still very nice! A great Baby to add to your Tiny Tears collection   Place a Bid!
