I would describe as MINT condition. This is from a personal collection.  She has been stored in her box since purchased and is really in a like new condition.  She is absolutely beautiful.  All her red locks are still in her hair.  Her cow bells dangle from her ears and her hat.    Her nails still hold the nail polish on them and her facial features are crisp.  The golden yellow dress shows no wear or fading.  Her lace undergarment is still fresh with no damage. She comes with her Certificate Of Authenticity, Original Franklin Mint Box with Franklin Mint Tissue Paper (the paper has a few tears but the box is in excellent condition), as well as her original doll stand.  She also has her gold Franklin Mint Hang tag.
