Presenting…Aunt Pittypat. Aunt Pittypat as portrayed by Laura Hope Crews collector doll is an authentic portrayal of Aunt Pittypat as she appeared during Ashley’s homecoming Christmas dinner in the film Gone With the Wind. She is costumed in a periwinkle-blue taffeta dress with white batiste sleeves, accented with tassels and appliqués of soft black velvet. A paisley shawl is draped over her shoulders and in her hair is a ruffled confection of satin. And her delicate lace jabot is centered by a lovely faux cameo brooch. Crafted of hand-painted fine porcelain 19-½” Aunt Pittypat captures all the flighty charm that endeared the Atlanta spinster to audiences everywhere. Removed from the box only for the pictures, she is in excellent condition and comes with her display stand, hang tag and Certificate of Authenticity, which also has care instructions. As you can see from the pictures, her legs are still in their original wrapping and I did not disturb it in any way.
