This auction is for a custom built Tudor dollhouse.  It was originally built by a dollhouse shop in Southern California several years ago.  Eventually the lady who bought it downsized and sold it.  I found it at a nearby antique show.  Unfortunately I now have to part with it.  The outside is stucco that in places look like it's supposed to have worn through to the brick.  It has a straw roof.  There are wood shutters at the windows and a small stone step at the working front door.  There are two chimneys.  The inside is stucco walls with wood floors.  There are 3 brick fireplaces with stone hearths.  The windows are made to look like they are leaded.   The house is wired for electricity, but I haven't tried it.  The house is 38 inches long and 21 inches deep.  The house itself is 22 1/2 inches high and the two chimneys are 25 1/2 inches high. This house is available for local pick up only.  While I can move it around my apartment with some effort, I would not be able to pack and ship this.  This dollhouse is in very good condition with no scratches or marks.  It is not a toy.  It is meant for a collector.
