Description Offered is a beautiful, hand-crafted English Tudor style dollhouse, finished inside & out w/ exquisite detail and craftsmanship. Notice the detailed texture on the outside and the wiring for electricity inside, as well as the expert paint job, both inside and out. Comes w/ window treatments. What a wonderful Christmas gift this will make!  Measures 25"H x 24"W x 17"D and weighs approximately 10 pounds. The living room window has a crease in the plastic which is not noticeable with the window treatment.  The window arrived packaged and Greenleaf was not able to replace the sheet. It is otherwise in spectacular condition! The living room floor is the only flooring glued down so that you can add lighting or more electricity if you wanted in the other rooms (I have the living room electricity charted).  You do not need to use the electricity, simply detach the transformer underneath the house.  The porch is currently not attached; experience has taught me that it will be better to ship this beautiful house with the porch unattached.  You simply use white glue and attach the porch when it arrives.  For those who prefer I can attach it prior to your arrival.  This beautiful keepsake is available for free local pick-up in the southern area of Phoenix, Arizona. I will ship it and I used the e-bay shipping wizard to figure the cost.  I will add no surcharge/fees of any type, unless the packing company charges more than the ep-bay shipping figured.  but I will e-mail you this information before sending.
