Teddy's eyes, upper mouth, lower mouth, cassette player, speaker and volume control are all operational.  The eyes and mouth move in sync with the tape. The cassette player works perfectly with no distortion when the volume is up or down. The tape doesn't slow down at any point in the playback.  The sound is very clear.  The tape has been played thru on both sides and works wonderfully in Teddy. Comes with battery cover.  The tape player has the automatic shutoff at the end of the tape to save the batteries.  Also the old stretched drive belt  (left belt in the fourth photo) for the tape player has been replaced with a new unstretched one (right belt in fourth photo).  Most of the other Teddy's for sale on E-bay, especially the still-in-the-box ones, have 20+ year old stretched drive belts that will fail sooner, some in less than a year, than this one will.  If you are going to spend the money, buy one that will last! Nothing is broken, torn, or missing.  Clothing is very clean and spot free. No corrosion in the battery compartment. Takes 4 C batteries. Batteries not included to keep shipping weight down. Fur is very plush and clean!Included: a copy of the original WOW Care and Instructions and as a BONUS the book only "Teddy's Winter Adventure".  The book and pages are as new.
