WITH BOX!' Description 1953 Louis Marx "Modern Ranch House" Dollhouse - L-Shape Box Top & Bottom Included! Condition: Has been played with and has some light wear and scratches, no surface damage that I would call 'major' or 'very noticeable'.  Broken antenna and missing weather vane.  Not all accessory pieces are present - see picture.  I found only one tab missing (2nd to left of door) on the wall pieces.  A few blemishes on the box.  Not talking it down, just being up-front and honest. You find these every once in a while (an assembled one just sold on here last week) but not very often with the original box included and intact.  I'd guess it was only assembled a couple of times.  All in all, a very good find for the collector who needs it!
