Waltershausen (Boulle) furniture includes a wonderful five piece parlor set with serpentine sofa having padded arms and scrolled back with three side chairs and one arm chair with padded arms; all upholstered in blue cut velvet and gold background trimmed in gold gilt paper, tall pier mirror on marble base with scalloped top and gold transfer work, a drop front desk with turned white columns and exceptional gold transfer work with an interior of blue paper and cubby holes and a turtle top marble table with straight legs. Also included is a large scale two-drawer chest. Accessories include a kerosene chandelier in soft metal painted gold with a porcelain lamp shade having flower decoration suspended by three chains, an ormolu newspaper holder, an ormolu Art Nouveau umbrella stand and oval ormolu frame with print.
