Description Current Lot ANTIQUE DOLL HOUSE FURNITURE & ACCESSORIES. Circa 19th Century. Waltershausen (Boulle) furniture includes two dressing tables with exceptional gold transfer work on each of them with the first having a swinging mirror with attached cut-out columns with drawers below the table top mounted on very broad legs with gold transfer work. The other dressing table has a long oval mirror with scalloping on the sides with small flanking drawers on each side mounted on top of the table surface with drawer below. Third piece is a wonderful display cabinet with glass doors above having Gothic decoration with gold transfer work which is all mounted on a base with two cupboard doors, inside having blue paper. Accessories include a dome ormolu birdcage with feeders and a parrot suspended on a wire and a second bird perched on a feeding station, an ormolu double inkwell with hooks to hold a pen, an ormolu mantle clock with porcelain face, a pair of double wall sconces, a large porcelain clock with lion mounted on top trimmed in gold paint, a large ormolu mirror made by Erhardt & Sohne with impressed designs on the frame and a globe on a stand with detailed representations of the world. SIZE: Tallest is 7-3/4". PROVENANCE: From the Estate of Geraldine Gaba, Scottsdale, AZ. CONDITION: Dresser with swinging mirror has loss to silver in mirror, other dressing table has majority of silver missing in mirror, minor age crack across the back of the display cabinet.
