Description
Gregory Gyllenship is one of the UK's most talented teddy bear artists. His workmanship is truly superb. His teddies, for your interest are not commonplace on the market, especially in North America, and are very much in demand. All his bears are very lifelike in their presentation, with Gregory's particular brand of uniqueness. This particular bear is fourteen inches tall, but he looks much bigger. He is a very substantial bear for his size. He is made of light beige mohair with a pinkish tinge, and a white mohair big front chest patch that goes from under his chin to below his tummy. He also has white mohair in his ears, and a white tail. The mohair is immaculately clean. He has black glass button eyes that are close set at the top of his shaven muzzle. His nose stitching is dark brown and waxed. He has five black claws on each paw that extent to the middle of each paw in a webbed design of pink stitching. The pads are of black wool felt. I must say, his paws are enormous! He is six-way pointed so that he is extremely posable. He is well able to stand on his own. He is filled with wood wool and man-made fiber. This is an exceptional teddy. He was made in 2004 as part of a limited edition, but he is totally mint. If you decide to bid and are the winner of this bear, please contact me within 48 hours of auction end. Returns are offered within 7 days at buyers expense, only if this teddy has been misrepresented, and only if he is returned in the condition in which he was originally sent. Thank you for viewing my isting. All questions are welcome.
